OUR INGREDIENTS

All of our products are produced in small batches from individually sourced ingredients and all fully traceable, from root to cup.

Proudly working with independent New Zealand farmers, foragers and cooperatives.

OUR PROCESS

The still room houses an bespoke 200L hybrid copper pot still designed to our operational specifications.

This includes a 5-plate reflux column and inline botanical vapour basket.

TASTING ROOM

Open 7 days from 11-6pm Summer & 11-5pm Winter.
